Some work in boutique homes, some in office spaces, some in large depots, and others in apartments or breweries. But understanding the local laws, ordinances and characteristics of the local community allow these design-build firms to thrive. Here are the Top 10 custom home builders and design-build firms in the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area.
